Beautiful 1970s Maxi dress by David Silverman with big balloon sleeves and elasticated cuffs, attached belt which can be tied at the back or at the front, the dress is fully lined. The fastening is a button down to the waist and ruching on the shoulders and has a cool 70s dagger collar and made with a floral printed fabric with sequins on the top section. A great piece of fashion history.
